I started my career in 1996 at the restaurant of Georges Blanc – 3-star chef in the Guide Michelin-; in 1997, I join the staff of Yves Mattagne, star chef at the Sea Grill restaurant located in the Radisson SAS Hotel in Brussels.
In 1999, I move to Dubai for the opening of the most beautiful 7-star-hotel in the world, the Burj-Al-Arab – a unique experience!
Back in Belgium in 2001, I take back my job at Yves Mattagne’s and take part in the inauguration of several prestigious hotels in Europe such as the Radisson SAS Airth Castel in Scotland or the Radisson SAS Champs-Elysées in Paris.
In 2002, I join the “Atelier Yves Mattagne” company as a Head of Creation for the Food Industry and Mass Retailing Departments. This new job set me up with new challenges and offers me the opportunity to work for companies such as Thalys, Eurostar or Grains Noirs, while teaching at the cooking workshops.
In 2008, I decide to give a new turn to my professional life and start the company Art’s Foods. I keep working for the same customers and companies and I use my creativity to imagine for them new recipes and new seasonal menus. Food Styling is at the heart of my work.
